Tom’s fresh approach makes selling or buying home a more enjoyable experience. With a family background in advertising, his marketing plan to selling a property is creative and does not rely on a templated approach.
In addition to being owner of O’Neill Real Estate in Mashpee, Tom is President of Thomas J. O’Neill, Inc., a design build company for Cape Cod luxury property and renovations with extensive resources which has transformed Cape Cod and Boston area homes for over the past 30+ years. His valuable experience in this area directly benefits his real estate clientele. With his extensive real estate knowledge, he is able to quickly assess the potential of each property and work together with the client to complete the transformation.
Tom graduated from Fordham University with a degree in French and Biology. He enjoys foreign languages including Spanish and Russian. He is a trained scientific illustrator spending many years on and off and post college in South America. He plays the violin and piano. He operates a music production company recording his works in Dublin and Los Angeles.
